Bubble Jammer - Another Suggested Wobbler Source

Another suggestion for the Wobbler was that it might be what is known as a Bubble Jammer.  These signals are common on the HF band, suspected of originating from Cuba among other repressive regimes.

A Google search turned up a sample recording of a Bubble Jammer which is presented here along with its FFT spectrogram.  While sounding somewhat like the Wobbler, I do not think it is the result of a Bubble Jammer.   It is possible there are different versions of Bubble Jammer of which I do not have an example.
It is easy to imagine it might be some altered version of that signal since there are similarities.

The MP3 file and the FFT spectrogram of a Bubble Jammer are included for evaluation of others.

Investigations into this phenomenon continues.  New Wobbler results will be posted here as they are obtained.
